Welcome to TV Mounting Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by TV Mounting Pro (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to customers (“you” or “the customer”). By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
TV Mounting Pro provides professional TV wall mounting, TV installation, cable management, bracket installation, soundbar installation, and related home entertainment setup services.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on property type, wall structure, equipment compatibility, and access conditions.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- Prices provided by phone, email, website, or message are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer.
- Final pricing may change if:
- Additional work is required
- Wall type differs from expected
- Hidden obstacles or unsafe conditions are found
- Additional materials or accessories are needed
- Any additional charges will be discussed before work continues.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property
- Provide accurate information regarding the TV size, wall type, and installation requirements
- Ensure all equipment supplied by the customer is functional and compatible
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area before installation
- Ensure adequate parking arrangements where applicable
Failure to provide correct information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation.
4. Wall Types & Installation Limitations
We install TVs on most common wall types including plasterboard, brick, concrete, and stud walls.
However:
- We reserve the right to refuse installation if the wall is deemed unsafe or unsuitable
- We are not responsible for hidden pipes, cables, metal supports, or structural defects that are not visible before drilling
- Customers are responsible for informing us of any known hidden utilities or wall concerns before work begins
5. Equipment & Brackets
- Customers may supply their own TV brackets and accessories
- We are not liable for failures caused by defective, incorrect, low-quality, or incompatible customer-supplied equipment
If we supply brackets or accessories, warranty coverage applies only to those supplied items
6. Appointment Times
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, previous jobs, weather, or unforeseen delays
- We will attempt to notify customers of significant delays where possible
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for late cancellations or missed appointments
- If an installer arrives and cannot complete the work due to customer-related issues, a charge may still apply
8. Payments
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing
- We may accept bank transfer, cash, card payment, or other approved methods
- Failure to make payment may result in additional recovery costs or legal action
9. Damage & Liability
While we take reasonable care during installations:
- Minor dust, drilling marks, or installation-related cosmetic effects may occur
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing wall weaknesses or damage
- Hidden electrical wiring or plumbing
- Manufacturer defects
- Signal, Wi-Fi, or internet issues unrelated to installation
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
10. Warranty
- Workmanship warranty applies only to the installation work completed by TV Mounting Pro
- Warranty does not cover:
- Customer misuse
- Accidental damage
- Structural movement
- Third-party modifications
- Customer-supplied products
Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.
11. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
- The environment is unsafe
- There is abusive or threatening behaviour
- Unsafe electrical conditions are present
- The installation could risk injury or property damage
12. Photography
We may occasionally take photos of completed work for quality control, training, or marketing purposes. Personal information or identifying details will not intentionally be displayed without permission.
Customers may request that no photos are taken.
13. Website Use
By using TV Mounting Pro, you agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
14. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for service delivery, communication, invoicing, and legal obligations.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
